Baby bottles can made of glass or plastic, but the plastic baby bottles are the commonly used because there are very sturdy and more lightweight, comparing to the glass ones that are breakable, but the good point out of glass bottles that they are BPA free, inexpensive and easy to clean and sterilize.

The nipple can be made of rubber and silicone. Some consider rubber is softer than the silicone but the silicone one is easier to be shaped at an angle so it decrease the amount of air swallowed during the feeding. The nipple needs to be changed every period of time, normally every three months, because the hole should get larger so the baby can adjust his/her capability according to his/her age in feeding from a bottle. 

As the inventions go rapidly, choose the bottles that are easy to clean and then the one that has the shape that are consider could help the motoric abilities. You also you need to buy the cleanser as well, like the bottle brush or even the bottle sterilizer, and may be a bottle warmer.

The price of the bottle ranges from $2-above $90, but you’ll already get the good ones at a price $15-$20.

When you are feeding your baby with bottle, you shouldn’t forget to burp him/her by holding him/her up, to let the air that is swallowed out during the feeding.

Even though you aren’t breastfeed you newborn baby, you must not loose the caring and enjoyable moments during the bottle feeding as well, like the eye contact with your baby and the skin to skin contact like cuddling your baby that are important for your baby’s emotional development.
